How these figures were made
Each figure is the median price for a one-night stay at the Burj Crown apartments we offer, including 5% VAT, as we would charge it. We reviewed the figures on 7 October 2026; the underlying prices were captured from the listings between July and 28 September 2026, so treat them as a guide and check the apartment search for the live price on your dates.
Two apartments are missing from the price tables: the 2-bedroom that sleeps four has a two-night minimum and the 3-bedroom that sleeps eight a five-night minimum, so no one-night price exists for them.

- 1 bedroom: July–September combines the 1-bedroom that sleeps two and the 1-bedroom that sleeps three; October and November are the 1-bedroom that sleeps two only.
- 2 bedrooms: the 2-bedroom that sleeps five only.
- 4 bedrooms: the 4-bedroom that sleeps eight only.
These are the prices of individual apartments, not a building-wide average.
The cheapest months in our data
July and August were the cheapest months for every size. Between the summer and November, the 1-bedroom median rose from about AED 820 to AED 1,891 and the 4-bedroom median from AED 1,250 to AED 3,532 — close to three times as much.
The one exception runs the other way: the 2-bedroom that sleeps five was cheaper in November (AED 1,341) than in October (AED 1,716). In November it was also cheaper than the 1-bedroom that sleeps two (AED 1,891), so a couple or small group looking at November could get a second bedroom for less.
Weekday versus weekend
We split nights by check-in day: Sunday to Thursday versus Friday and Saturday.

The weekend premium is small — at most about AED 50 a night. Moving your dates by a month changes the price far more than moving them by a day.
The lowest upcoming nights we recorded
From 7 October onwards, the lowest single-night prices in our data were:
- AED 1,286 for the 2-bedroom that sleeps five, on several November nights (including 2–3 and 19–22 November).
- AED 1,296 for the 1-bedroom that sleeps two, on 11 October.
Split across five guests, AED 1,286 comes to about AED 257 per person per night.
